Meet and Greet at Hamburg Airport

Meet & Greet is meant for anyone who would rather not look for anyone after landing. For guests arriving in Hamburg for the first time. For business travellers who need to go straight on to an appointment. For families who have their hands full with children and suitcases.

If you are booking for someone else, such as clients, visitors or parents, a welcome with a name sign is a calm solution. Write in the notes for the ride which name should appear on the sign.

Meet & Greet is not a separate ride service but an addition to your ride. You first calculate the fare from the airport to your destination and then select the welcome in the booking step. The surcharge is shown right next to the extra, and the total price in the summary before you submit.

The extra can be combined with all others, including child seats. If you are arriving with a larger group, book via the group calculator on the group taxi page.

After the welcome, you go straight to your destination: home, to your hotel with the hotel transfer, to an appointment with the business transfer or into the region, for example to Kiel or Lüneburg.

If you have questions about your arrival before your trip, call us on 040 9999 0057. The ride itself is carried out by an independent partner company with whom Taxi Airport Hamburg arranges your booking.

Besides the date and time, the booking form asks for your name, a phone number for any questions and, if you wish, an email address. For pickups at the airport, there is also the optional flight number. Anything important for the welcome, such as a different name for the sign or a lot of luggage, goes in the notes for the ride.
