Business travellers plan around appointments. With an advance booking, the pickup is fixed, the price is known, and you do not have to queue at the taxi rank after landing. That applies to the ride from the airport to your hotel as well as to the trip from the office to your flight with the taxi to Hamburg Airport.

For rides that do not involve the airport, such as from your hotel to a client meeting or to the exhibition grounds, choose the «Other route» tab and enter both addresses.

If visitors are coming from another country, book the ride for your guest and add Meet & Greet as an extra. Your guest is welcomed with a sign showing their name. Write in the notes for the ride which name should appear on the sign.

The site is available in seven languages, so your guest can also book the ride in their own language.

After paying the deposit by card, you can download an invoice. On the payment page, you can enter a billing address, company name and your VAT identification number.

Because the fare is fixed before you book, you can include it in your travel costs before you set off. Extras such as Meet & Greet appear with their surcharge in the summary before you submit. If a colleague joins you, change the number of passengers in the calculator and see the new price straight away.

The same principle applies to rides between two appointments in the city. You enter both addresses via «Other route» and see the price before you book. Each ride is a separate booking with its own invoice.
